Sept 11 (Reuters) - Interwood Xylemporia Atene  XYLR.AT : 
    * Divests its Eltop Doo Pamcevo Serbia unit for 0.4 million 
euros  ($450,240.00) 
    * Says divestiture is part of the company's restructuring  
and represents less than 1.7 percent of its turnover 
    * Says Eltop's activities were limited in Serbia and it was 
a loss making unit without potential for improvement
