Wall Street was set to open higher on Tuesday as technology stocks looked to
rebound after a widespread sell-off in the prior session and as economic data
showed U.S. consumer spending rose solidly in June.  .N 
    At 9:12 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.01 percent at 25,283. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.13 percent at 2,807, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1 
were up 0.15 percent at 7,211.
