** Shares of specialist pensions administrator InvestAcc Group INAC.L down 5.3% at 177.5 pence
** Founder Nick Gardner sells 6.15 million shares or 12.45% stake, in an oversubscribed secondary placing at 170 pence apiece, at a discount of about 9.3% to stock's previous close 
** Sale raises about £10.5 million ($13.89 million) and leaves Gardner with no shareholding in co 
** Stock is down about 10% YTD
