    ** Stock hits its lowest level since Nov. 24
    ** Metals explorer secures commitments for A$4 million 
($2.62 million) placement abd A$1 million share purchase plan,
to complete Paris Silver Project Definitive Feasibility Study
    ** Placement at an issue price of 3.9 AU cents per share,
15.2% discount to stock's last close on Dec 8
    ** 3.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 2.6 mln
    ** Stock has risen 9.5% YTD as of last close
