as 4.5%; last up 3.3% at $268.01
    ** ITIC, late Monday, declared a special cash dividend of
$14/shr to shareholders payable on Dec. 16, 2024
    ** Special cash dividend will be funded through existing
cash balances - ITIC
    ** As of last close, ITIC shares up 60% YTD
