Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to start phase III clinal

    ** Co says Clinical trial is for Presendin drug for
neurological conditions relating to raised intracranial pressure
    ** Trading Volumes are 1.2 times of the 30-day average of
89,044 shares 
    ** Stock down nearly 37% this year as of last close
