** The pharma co says that negotiations with a rare neurological disease therapeutics development firm have been discontinued

** Agreement in regards to complementary neurological treatment asset

** Talks halted due to instability and uncertainty caused after co received notice to remove two of three directors

** YTD, shares up 134.9%
