Director/PDMR Dealing

Iofina plc (AIM: IOF) announces that it received notification on 16 March 2022
that Thomas M Becker, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company,
purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of
19.99 pence per share, and Lance J Baller, Non-Executive Chairman of the
Company, purchased 125,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a
price of 20.50 pence per share.

Further details are set out in the Notification of Dealing Form below.

Dr. Becker now holds 139,430 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.073
per cent. of the Company's share capital. The shares purchased by Dr. Becker
represent 0.008 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr. Baller now holds 5,500,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately
2.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares purchased by
Mr. Baller represent 0.065 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
