Director/PDMR Dealing

Iofina plc (AIM: IOF) announces that it received notification on 17 February
2023 that Lance Baller, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased
50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 31 pence
per share. Further details are set out in the notification of dealing form
below.

Following the purchase, Mr. Baller holds 5,550,000 ordinary shares,
representing approximately 2.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital. The shares purchased represent approximately 0.03 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
