Iofina plc, manufacturers of specialty chemical products and specialists in
the exploration and production of iodine, today announces that its 2022 Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') will take place on 22 June 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the
offices of finnCap, One Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.  The Notice of
AGM is being posted to shareholders today and a copy of the Notice will be
made available on the Company's website.
