ASX-listed Ioneer climbs most in over 2 years on $700 mln loan for lithium mine

** Shares of Ioneer Ltd  INR.AX  climb as much as 27.5% to
A$0.580, their biggest intraday pct gain since Sept. 29, 2020 
    ** The U.S. Energy Department said on Friday it will lend
INR up to $700 mln to build its Rhyolite Ridge lithium mining
project in Nevada
    ** The loan, approved by Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm,
would be the first by Washington to a U.S. mining project for
lithium
    ** Stock hits highest level since Dec. 6
    ** More than 7.3 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 6.7 mln shares
    ** Stock up 19.7% this year, as of last close
