Australia's ioneer jumps most in 5 weeks on lithium development deal in Nevada

** Shares of lithium miner ioneer Ltd  INR.AX  rise as much
as 10.7% to A$0.155, posting their biggest intraday percentage
gain since Sept. 28 
    ** Co says memorandum of understanding signed to test and
develop lithium clay at its Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron project
in rural Nevada 
    ** Says deal includes funding from Korea's Ecopro Innovation
for a commercial lithium hydroxide refining plant once the
process is successfully developed
    ** Stock seventh-biggest pct gainer in the ASX All
Ordinaries Index  .AORD 
    ** More than 5.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~6.1 mln shares  
    ** Stock down 63.2% this year, as of last close, vs a 3.7%
decline in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
