** Lithium producer gets commitments for A$25 mln ($16 mln) placement at an issue price of A$0.10, which represents 13% discount to last close

** More than 10 mln shares traded - more than 2.5x the 30-day avg - in stock's busiest day since February 27

** INR last down ~11%, taking YTD losses to ~36%
