** Microsoft MSFT.O secures Trump administration's approval to export NVDA chips for its data centers in United Arab Emirates for the first time

** MSFT to invest $15.2 bln in UAE between 2023 and 2029

** Separately, Microsoft signs $9.7 bln deal with IREN IREN.O that includes access to NVDA's advanced chips

** Up to last close, NVDA has risen ~51% this year
