Wall Street's main stock indexes fell on Friday, with technology stocks declining the most, after inflation data came in higher than the central bank's target as expected and stoked concerns of tariffs feeding into prices. .N

At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.41% at 45,450.76. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.68% at 6,457.86, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 1.05% at 21,478.24.
