Ironveld plc (AIM: IRON) the mining development company focused on producing
high-value strategic metals announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
of the Company will be held on 7 October 2025 at 10.00am at the offices of
Orana Corporate LLP, Eccleston Yards, 25 Eccleston Place, London, SW1W 9NF.

A Notice of AGM has today been posted to shareholders and is available on the
Company's website at https://ironveld.com/ (https://ironveld.com/) located
under the Investors tab.

The Company also announces that it has moved its registered office to c/o
