    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of 
1,538.40 yen per share through public offering, to raise 907.2 
million yen 
    * Says it will issue new shares at the paid-in price of 
1,538.40 yen per share through private placement to raise up to 
160 million yen  
    * Says it will distribute shares of its treasury common 
stock at the paid-in price of 1,538.40 yen per share through 
public offering, to raise 163.5 million yen  
    * Previous plan was announced on Aug. 18
