** Uranium explorer says that the Federal Court of Australia made orders approving the scheme of arrangement for the acquisition of 100% of Toro by a unit of Canada-based uranium firm IsoEnergy ISO.TO
** TOE said in October that IsoEnergy will acquire all outstanding shares of Toro at an equity value of about A$75 million ($53.09 million)
** Around 373,300 shares change hands, nearly 1.2x 30-day average
** TOE up 13.6% YTD
