July 6 (Reuters) - Isramco Inc  ISRL.O : 
 * On June 30, 2015, Isramco onshore llc, a newly formed, wholly-owned, 
   subsidiary of co entered into a secured credit agreement 
 * Says the tenor of the facility is four years 
 * Facility provides for a commitment by société générale of US$150 million, 
   subject to an initial borrowing base of US$40 million - SEC filing
