Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker

 

Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable
plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, is
pleased to announce that it has appointed Canaccord Genuity Limited as its
Nominated Advisor and Sole Broker, with immediate effect.

 

In addition to the disclosures made in Paul LeBlanc's appointment announcement
on 5 January 2023, the following current directorships are disclosed in
accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
