Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable
plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces
that John R. Shaw, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,000
ordinary shares in the Company on 19 October 2023 at a price of $1.605 per
ordinary share.

Following this purchase, John R. Shaw holds 1,080,441 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing approximately 8.0% per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
