Notice of Final Results, Analyst Briefing, Investor Presentation, and AGM

Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in plant-based
specialty polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces
that its Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be released on
5 June 2023.

Analyst Briefing

A live online presentation for analysts will be held at 13:00 BST on 6 June
2023.
