Notice of Interim Results, Analyst Meeting, and Investor Presentation

 

Itaconix plc (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in plant-based
specialty polymers used to decarbonise  everyday consumer products, announces
that its Interim Results for the period ended 30 June 2022 will be released on
14 September 2022.

Analyst Meeting

The Company will hold a live online meeting for analysts at 14:00 BST on 14
September 2022 on the Investor Meet Company platform.

This meeting is only open to analysts.  If you are an analyst and you would
like to attend the analyst meeting, please send an email to:

will be provided to you.

Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 09:00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live

The Company will also hold a live online presentation for investors at 15:00
BST on 14 September 2022, also on the Investor Meet Company platform. The
online presentation is open to all shareholders and any interested parties.
