Notice of Results and Company Presentation

Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable
plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces
that its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be
released on 15 April 2024.

Investor Meet Company presentation

A live presentation will be held on 15 April 2024 at 14:00 BST.  This
presentation is open to all interested parties.
