Brief: Itera sells IT hosting activities in Sweden

June 22 (Reuters) - Itera ASA ITER.OL :
* Itera and Rg19 Norden AB entered into an agreement for Rg19 to acquire 100 percent of
shares in Itera ASA subsidiary company Itera Networks AB
* Will receive consideration of 17 million Swedish crowns ($2.10 million) for sale, of which
12 million crowns will be paid when ownership is transferred on July 1, and 1
million crowns in Oct. 2015
* Variable part of the sales transaction, 4 million crowns, will be paid in the period Dec.
2015 to Dec. 2017
* Will recognise a gain on sale of about 2 million crowns in Q3 of 2015
* Itera Networks will be operationally part of Rg19 from about July 1 2015
