** Shares of drug developer Iterum Therapeutics  ITRM.O 
rise 3.4% to $1.85
    ** Co says its drug sulopenem met the main goal in a
late-stage trial evaluating it for the treatment of a type of
urinary tract infection (UTI)
    ** Says sulopenem showed a non-inferior response to GSK's
drug Augmentin 
    ** ITRM plans to resubmit a marketing application for the
drug in the second quarter of 2024
    ** Up to last close, stock up 38.8% in the last 12 months
