May 20 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday: ** Britain's Centrica CNA.L said that Spirit Energy, its joint venture with German utility Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM), will sell a 46.25% stake in the Cygnus gas field to Ithaca Energy ITH.L for about 116 million pounds ($155.05 million). nL4N3RS0K8 ** Japan's Seven & i Holdings 3382.T plans to sell a partial stake in Seven Bank 8410.T to trading house Itochu 8001.T, with an announcement expected as early as May 30, the Nikkei business reported. nL4N3RS0F7 (Compiled by Rajarshi Roy and Priyanka.G in Bengaluru) ((Rajarshi.Roy@thomsonreuters.com))
