Japan's Itochu annual profit rises 10%, slightly misses forecasts
TOKYO, May 2 (Reuters) - Japanese trading house Itochu 8001.T on Friday posted 880.3 billion yen ($6 billion) in net profit for the year ended in March, up 10% from a year ago and slightly missing forecasts. A LSEG poll of analysts had expected Itochu to post 887 billion yen in net profit. The company forecasts profit for the year ending next March at 900 billion yen.
