Dec 5 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Friday:

** Netflix  agreed to buy Warner Bros Discovery's  TV, film studios and streaming division for $72 billion, a deal that would hand control of one of Hollywood's most prized and oldest assets to the streaming pioneer.

** Industrial parts supplier ITT  said that it will buy pump-maker SPX Flow from private equity firm Lone Star Funds in a cash-and-equity deal valued at $4.775 billion.

** Specialty MGA Nirvana will acquire Arena NV from Ryan Specialty to expand its sports and leisure product set, it announced.

** Private equity firm Bain Capital has completed its acquisition of UK broker consolidator Jensten Group following regulatory approval, Jensten Group announced.

** British American Tobacco  has sold more than half its stake in ITC Hotels  for about 38 billion rupees ($424.70 million), the tobacco giant said.

** Turkish digital asset platform Paribu said it acquired a majority stake in the Bahrain- and Dubai-based cryptocurrency platform CoinMENA in a transaction valuing the company at up to $240 million.
