Annual Report and Accounts

ITV released its Preliminary Announcement of annual results for the year ended
31 December 2021 on 3 March 2022. Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the
Annual Report and Accounts 2021 (Annual Report) and Notice of Annual General
Meeting 2022 (AGM) is now available to shareholders. The Annual Report is

 with the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy

All of the material required to be communicated to the media in unedited full

The Company's 2022 AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Thursday 28 April 2022 in
