In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that, Anna Manz a Non-Executive Director of ITV plc, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of the London Stock Exchange Group with effect from 21 November 2020, having stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of Johnson Matthey PLC on 20 November 2020.
