In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Sir
Peter Bazalgette, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of ITV plc, will be
appointed a Non-Executive Director of Saga plc with effect from 1 September
2022 and will assume the Senior Independent Director and Chair of Nomination
Committee from 30 September 2022.
