ITV plc Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016
ITV plc (the 'Company') released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 December 2016 ('Preliminary Announcement') on 1 March 2017. Further to the Preliminary Announcement, the Company can now confirm that the 2016 Report and Accounts and Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be mailed to shareholders today, 21 March 2017. The Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are now available on the Company's website atwww.itvplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/agm.
All of the material required to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service under DTR 6.3.5 was in the Preliminary Announcement issued on 1 March 2017. This material is not a substitute for reading the 2016 Report and Accounts in full.
