PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The Final Terms dated 17 June 2024 relating to the issuance by ITV Plc (the
"Issuer") of EUR 500 million 4.25 per. cent notes due 19 June 2032 (the
"Notes") are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note
Programme established by the Issuer in March of this year (the "Programme").

The Final Terms should be read and construed in conjunction with the
prospectus dated 28 March 2024 as, supplemented by the supplemental prospectus
of 7 June 2024 in relation to the Programme (the "Supplemented Prospectus").
