PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENT TO PROSPECTUS

ITV Plc (the "Company") today announces, regarding the Company's
€3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), they have
published a supplement (the "Supplement") to the base prospectus dated 28
March 2024 in respect of the Programme (the "Prospectus"). The Supplement has
been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.

The Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with the
Prospectus.
