- Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Thursday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.3%.

* EASYJET: Budget carrier easyJet EZJ.L rejected a fourth, sweetened £4.93 billion ($6.50 billion) takeover proposal from Castlelake, but said it would grant the suitor limited access to commercial information.

* BP: BP BP.L signed a concession agreement with ADNOC and partners to develop the Bab Gas Cap project in the UAE, taking a 10% stake.

* ADVANCED MEDICAL SOLUTIONS: U.S.-based H.B. Fuller FUL.N will buy Advanced Medical Solutions Group AMSU.L in a deal valuing it at about £715 million ($942.1 million) including debt.

* HALFORDS: British bicycles and car parts provider Halfords HFD.L forecast fiscal 2027 profit towards the top end of analyst expectations.

* SPIRE HEALTHCARE: The deadline for Toscafund Asset Management to make formal takeover proposal for the British company has been extended to July 9.

* ITV: Sky has agreed on terms to buy ITV's ITV.L broadcast and streaming unit, two people familiar with the matter said, with ITV acquiring producer Love Productions as part of the deal.

* AUTO: A rise in shipments to the U.S. drove up UK's vehicle production in May, industry data showed.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices extended their decline to near levels last seen before the start of the Iran war, Aluminium traded softer, while Gold extended losses after breaking below the key $4,000-per-ounce level for the first time in seven months a day earlier.

* FTSE: London stocks advanced on Wednesday, with the domestically focused midcap FTSE index snapping a four-day losing streak as real-estate stocks rallied after Segro rejected U.S.-based Prologis' $16.6 billion bid.

* EX-DIVS: Experian EXPN.L, International Consolidated Airlines ICAG.L, Metlen Energy & Metals MTLN.L, Lion Finance BGEO.L will trade without entitlement to its latest dividend pay-out on Thursday.
