** Shares of Ivalue Infosolutions IVAL.NS fall 2.9% to 290.30 rupees on trading debut

** Stock has pared losses intra-day after opening at 284.95 rupees, 4.7% lower than the issue price of 299 rupees

** Enterprise technology solutions provider's 5.6-bln-rupee  ($63.2 mln) IPO, which comprised entirely sale of shares by existing shareholders, was subscribed 1.82x

** IVAL valued at 15.54 bln rupees, as of 12:45 IST

** Trading vols at 6.8 mln shares so far

($1 = 88.6660 Indian rupees)
