June 30 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening flat on Tuesday.
* HEATHROW: UK Civil Aviation Authority said it had proposed a temporary cap of £28.398 ($37.56) per passenger on charges levied by Heathrow Airport on airlines for 2027.
* SAINSBURY'S: Sainsbury's joined Tesco in reporting slower underlying sales growth in its first quarter, though it left its full-year profit forecast unchanged.
* ECONOMY: Britain's economy grew by 0.6% in the January-March period, as expected, figures from the Office for National Statistics showed.
* CRYPTO: Britain's financial regulator said it would reduce its planned capital requirements for stablecoin issuers after industry pushback.
* DEFENCE: Britain will unveil its long-delayed Defence Investment Plan, prioritising £5 billion of investment in drones and a focus on autonomous systems.
* BUSINESS MORALE: British businesses' confidence about the economic outlook fell this month although their assessment of their own prospects was less downbeat, a survey by Lloyds showed.
* OIL: Oil prices dipped and were poised for a second month of declines, with investors eyeing potential U.S.-Iran talks in Doha amid a strained interim ceasefire in the four-month-old war.
* GOLD: Gold prices fell more than 1% and were set for their biggest monthly decline since October 2008, as uncertainty in the Middle East gave way to expectations of U.S. interest rate hikes to tame elevated inflation.
* METALS: Copper drifted, as traders held back ahead of possible U.S. tariffs, while a firm dollar countered an expansion in China's factory activity.
* The UK blue-chip index .FTSE closed 0.2% lower on Monday led by declines in miners and financials, as renewed Middle East hostilities weighed on risk sentiment.
