1. Sub-division in face value of Equity Shares. 
 
2. To alter Memorandum & Articles of Association to give effect of sub-division in face value of Equity Shares, if the same is being approved by Board. 
 
3. To seek approval of members for above agenda by way of EOGM / Postal Ballot Rules, 2014.
