** Pharmaceuticals co to buyback up to 1.6 mln shares for 400 mln rupees ($4.3 mln) at 250 rupees per share, 39.5% premium to closing price on Wednesday

** Trading vols over 10x the 30-day average at 1.3 mln shares so far

** JGSN up ~1% YTD
