Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
("PDMRs")
 
The Company has been notified on 23 November 2020 that on the same day the Trustees of the James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan ("JC SIP Plan") awarded 13,544 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") to participants of the SIP Scheme at a price of 1124.0p per Share. The award of the Shares forms part of the settlement of bonuses earned last year and deferred due to the impact of Covid-19 until the Company was assured that it was in a position to pay.
 
Under the SIP rules, Shares to be issued to participants are held by the SIP Trustees in their capacity as Trustees. After a holding period of five years, the Shares held by the SIP Trustees are transferred to the participants. The beneficial rights to the participants are recognised immediately upon award. 
 
As a result of the above, the interests in the following PDMRs has increased by:

As a result of the above transaction, the interests of the JC SIP Plan remains unchanged at 102,354 Shares, representing 1.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
