The Company has been notified on 26 January 2022 that on the same day, Martin
Court, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500 ordinary shares
of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,438p per Share.

 

As a result, Martin Court's beneficial interest in the Company has increased
