(the "Company")
Notification of Transaction of
Directors and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company was notified on 18 July 2022 that, on the same day, the Trustees
of James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan ("JC SIP Plan") transferred 12,470
ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company to participants of the
SIP Scheme. The Shares were awarded to the participants on 24 July 2017 at a
price of 1,682.5 pence per Share with the beneficial rights to participants
recognised immediately upon award.
The SIP trust holds Shares for a 5-year period from the date of the award and
then transfers the Shares to the participants.
The above transfer includes the following PDMRs of the Company:
Phil Wild Director 82 Shares
Isabelle Maddock Director 82 Shares
Steve Adams Director 20 Shares
Jim Aldridge 82 Shares
Adam Black 85 Shares
Caroline Gibson 82 Shares
Hannah Hill 82 Shares
Karen Wright 82 Shares
The total interests in shares of the Company's directors and PDMRs remain
unchanged.
As a result of the above transactions, the JC SIP Plan is interested in 59,358
Shares, representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
