Notification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

("PDMR")

 

 

The Company has been notified on 05 August 2022 that on the same day, Hannah
Hill, a PDMR of the Company, sold 82 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,030p per Share.

 

As a result, Hannah Hill's beneficial interest in the Company was reduced by
82 Shares.
