Director Dealing

 

 

The Company has been notified on 15 November 2022 that on the same day, 41,250
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") were transferred from a
member of the Willink family to a trust, of which Patrick Willink, a Director
of the Company, is a trustee with a non-beneficial interest.

 

As a result of the above, Patrick Willink's interest in the Company has
increased by 41,250 Shares.

 

The member of the Willink family and Patrick Willink are deemed to be acting
in concert and regarded by the Takeover Panel to be members of the concert
party detailed in the Company's circular to shareholders dated 30 June 2015
(the "Concert Party"). The total resultant interest of the Concert Party
remains unchanged.
