Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that on 7 October 2024 Mark Cropper
(Non-Executive Chair) transferred 59,980 ordinary shares of 25p each
("Shares") in the Company to MAJC Holdings Limited (a company wholly owned by
Mark Cropper).

 

Mark Cropper's interests in the Company have not changed as a result of the
transfer and remain as follows:

Mark Cropper and members of the Cropper, Willink and Acland families are
deemed to act in concert and are regarded by the Takeover Panel as being
members of a concert party as detailed in the Company's circular to
shareholders dated 30 June 2015 (the "Concert Party").  The Concert Party has
a collective interest in 3,624,109 Ordinary Shares representing 37.9% of the
Company's issued share capital.
