Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that, on 9 May 2025, David Stirling (Chief
Executive Officer) purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in
the Company. As a result of the transaction, David Stirling holds 3,000 Shares
in the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

In addition, the Company has been notified that, on 9 May 2025, Jon Yeung
(Non-Executive Director) purchased 3,000 Shares in the Company. As a result of
the transaction, Jon Yeung holds 6,500 Shares in the Company, representing
0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
