Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that, on 12 September 2025, David Stirling
(Chief Executive Officer) purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 25p each
("Shares") in the Company. As a result of the transaction, David Stirling
holds 13,250 Shares in the Company, representing 0.14% of the Company's issued
