Directorate changes
 
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of James Gravestock as an Executive Director, with effect from 15 November 2021.
 
The appointment of James follows the decision by Martin Thompson to resign after next year end, after eighteen years of service. James has a track record of Executive and Non-Executive roles. He will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Group, along with the role of Managing Director for the TFP division. He brings strong commercial experience from within international manufacturing businesses. Most recently he held the role of Group Managing Director within Halma plc. Prior to joining Halma in 2017, he held a succession of successful commercial leadership roles within 3M and Portakabin.
