The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am (UK) on Wednesday
27 July 2022 at the Bryce Institute, Burneside, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6QZ.

The Annual Report includes the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General
Meeting of the Group to be held on 27 July 2022.
